Mologbama Firmin Brice joined VCW International as the Human Resource and Administration Manager for Country office of Republic of Central Africa at Bangui in October 2016.
Brice graduated in Management accounting in 2010 and holds a Masters in Management Science at National School of Business and Accountancy [NSBA].
Brice also completed a Theology Training at Faculty of Theology Evangelical Bangui and have a license of Theology.
Before Joining VCW International he have served as the Accounts Manager at Takowo Construction Company and Martin Luther King High School in Bangui. Brice also have experience working as an Inventory Analyst at AC,FEC Central under supervision of CEMAC Countries.
YOTENDJI MARIDA Gilles
YOTENDJI MARIDA Gilles practices in the field of humanitarian services as a Financial Administrator and Logistics Manager of training for more than 10 years. Gilles joined VCW International Country Office at Bangui, Republic of Central Africa on March 2017
Before joining VCW International Gilles served as the Chief Accountant for the Project for the Reintegration of Ex-Combatants and Community Support (PRAC) in 2006 -2007 and was involved in Administration and Finance Management of the International Non-Governmental Action Against Hunger (ACF) in Bangui (CAR). He also served at the National Park of the Central African Republic as a Financial Manager for the Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF) Bayanga (RCA) from 2009 t0 2010.
In 2010 he served at Ambulatory Treatment Center (CTA) to the Community Hospital of Bangui and in 2011 he joined as the Assistant Administrative Finance and Logistics officer at Property Rights and Artisanal Diamond Development (DPDDA) in Boda (RCA). In 20103 Gilles was recruited by Agency for Assistance to Technical Cooperation and Development (ACTED) for their office at Bangui, Republic of Central Africa and in 2014 he joined Humanitarian NGO Première Urgence – Aide Médicale Internationale in Ndélé (PU – AMI).
Gilles also served with Humanitarian Search for Common Ground (SFCG) in Boda and Londo Project, financed by the World Bank as an Administration and Finance Assistant.
Maganda Jean Yves
Jean-Yves MAGANDA-BELALENGBI joined VCW International Country Office in Bangui, Republic of Central Africa on February 2016.
Jean-Yves holds a Bachelor Degree in Geographic and a Specialist in Monitoring Management / Project Evaluation has more than 15 years’ experience in the field of Humanitarian Services. Jean-Yves is a former student of the University of Bangui (1997-2005), Pan-African Institute for Development (IPD-AC) (2005-2006) and International Institute of Administration and Business Management (IIM) 2015-2016. Jean-Yves has experience working with United Nations, International and National Non-Governmental Organizations.
With his passion for the field of humanitarian services Jean-Yves started his career in 1998 as an educator of street children in the city of Bangui, in the implementation of the project; “Social and family reintegration of street children in Bangui”. Then he joined as a Technical Director, at the Mbela Television Production Center (CPTM) in 2002 and served for 03 years.
Jean-Yves served as the Food Aid Monitoring and Evaluation Officer of the World Food Program (WFP) Food Aid Monitor and Head of the Interim Office of the WFP / Paoua Sub-Office, In the implementation of the Project of Protracted Relief and Recovery (PRRO) assistance to the populations of the Northwest affected by the armed conflict in the Central African Republic from 2007 to 2009. He was the Coordinator and Program Officer, to the “Association of Humanitarian Relief and Development Activists (AMDHSD), in the implementation of projects in 2010/2011
Jean-Yves was the Technical Coordinator of the “Network for Children in the Street of Central Africa” (RFERC) in partnership with the NGO Triangle Génération Humanitaire (TGH), the European Union (EU) UNICEF, CCFD, CIAA, Secours Catholic International and the World Food Program, in the implementation of the project “Towards Strengthening the Capacity of Local Actors for Street Children and Other Vulnerable Children”, funded by the Delegation of the Commission of the European Union in the Central African Republic. In 2013 and 2014 Jean-Yves served as the Project / OVC Consultant to the Central African Network for the Care of Orphans and Other Vulnerable Children (RCOPCO).
Jean-Yves also served as the Program Officer and focal point of the components: Education, Protection, Nutrition and AGR at CARITAS CENTRAL AFRICA, member of the Caritas International confederation, of the African region, of the zone ACERAC from 2014 to 2016.
Severin Souroungba joined VCW International in September 2016 as the Logistic Officer for Country Office of Republic of Central Africa at Bangui.
Severin, holds a BTS in Transport and Logistics from ESUFOP (Ecole Supérieure, de Formation Professionnelle), and also holds a DEUG 2 (Diploma of General University Study) in Anthropology at the University of Bangui.
He began his career as a logistics intern at the Coordination of the COOPI International nongovernmental Organization (Coorerazione Internazionale) in Bangui Capital of the Central African Republic in 2012. Then Severin served as a distributor of food in the emergency project funded by UNICEF, UNHCR WFP: World Food Program on behalf of the COOPI during the SELEKAS crisis in 2013 at the IDPS site at Bangui M`POKO International Airport. In 2013 he was promoted Assistant Logistician Storekeeper at BODA in 2013. Severin was promoted as logistician Storekeeper of four (4) projects funded by WHH, WFP, FAO for the COOPI base in Boda in 2014 and in 2015, he was promoted as the Logistician for Boda, where he was in charge for all the logistics activities including stock management, equipment management and office furniture also, base car fleet management.
Molukaka Wilson Joined VCW International Country Of as the Financial Administrator at Country Office in Bangui, Republic of Central Africa in February 2017
Wilson holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Financial Technologies (MSTCF) from the Institute of Applied Technology (Technolab – ISTA) He also holds a Master in Auditing and Accountancy Networks from Grandes Specialty schools in Paris (PPP).
He started working as an Accounting Manager at Okapi Environment Council which is a Canadian environmental impact assessment firm in Mali in 2012. Then Head of Procurement at Disnepal Commercial Company in Mali.
Wilson also worked as a consultant on behalf of accounting firms and as a professor for the undergraduates in Financial Mathematics; Accountancy and auditing during 2016. Wilson also is a specialist in the establishment and evaluation of an International Audit Standards (IAS).
Obo Base Office
Neh Janice holder of a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and masters of degree in Maintenance and Production started work with vision to change the world on the 11 th of September as a chief of Obo basis.
Fru ClaudetteAssistant in Administrative Finance and Agriculture Technician - Obo, Republic of Central Africa
Fru Claudette started working in VCW international central office Bangui-Republic of Central Africa in May as an assistance logistic. She was latter moves to the Obo province where she works as the Assistance administrative in finance and a technician in agriculture while supporting as the Assistance logistic.
Claudette studied agriculture in school where she came out with Higher
National Diploma (HND) in agricultural engineering. She has work in an agricultural institute, IRAD (Institute of agricultural Research and Development).
She has studied computer software and has a little knowledge on computer hardware maintenance in Gate Inc. University institute. She has also teach computer software and works in the administrative part of Gate Inc.
Sosipater Mounga-Wilfried OUATENE, joined VCW International in January 2017 as Logistics Assistant for the VCW / OBO field office in the Central African Republic.
Having a Master degree in Physics, Sosipater Wilfried MOUNGA-OUATENE also holds a Brevet des Techniciens Supérieur (BTS) and a professional license in Logistics and Transport. After obtaining the Bachelor of Education Science General Secondary (Bac D) in 2010, Sosipater Mounga-Wilfried OUATENE was formed alternately at the Faculty of the University of Bangui Sciences and the International Institute of Management (IIM) between 2010-2016 in the Central African Republic.
With professional experience of 2 years in the humanitarian world, Sosipater-Wilfried Mounga OUATENE was assistant logistician in Merlin NGO based Kaga Bandoro (2014) and since January 2017 Assistant Logistics VCW /OBO. In the his career at International NGOs V ision to Change the World (V CW), it was able to provide other functions Acting including the Financial Director and the Head of Office e VCW / OBO, Central African Republic.
In addition, between 2015 and 2016, Sosipater Mounga-Wilfried OUATENE was the Vice President of the Local Council of Youth of 6EM District (CLJ6), dismemberment National Board of the Central Youth (CNJCA), Bangui-RCA.

Pende Elbert koggerson joined VCW International Country Office in Bangui, Republic of Central Africa on July 2017
Pende Elbert holds a Certificate in petrochemical engineering and regional maritime university and a Specialist in mechanical engineering , petroleum welding, spaying, painting, auto body works and industrial. / Project Evaluation has more than 10 years’ experience in the field of Auto mechanic, Auto Body works and House construction contracts. Pende Elbert is a former student of the[ O I C] Opportunity Industrialization center (2002-2004), Cameroon Petrochemical Engineering Academy.[CPEA] (2012-2017) ( and Regional Maritime University (RMU) 2015-2017. PENDE ELBERT has experience working with United Nations, National Non-Governmental Organizations.

NGOMBE GBIA Roy Josse
NGOMBE GBIA Roy Josse joined VCW International on May 04 2016 and Roy has completed his studies in the fields of Mining engineering and geology. Before joining VCW International he served as the Community Mobilizing Focal Point at Première Urgence-Aide Medical International from February 2015 to July 2015.
